I wish i could give 0 stars. This company is not a good company. RUN! Especially if you are contracted. They will be nice to you for as long as you are going through the hiring process. The moment you start working they don't care about you, hey just expected the job done and everything gets blamed on the nurse RN case managers. The RN case managers are assigned to the patients, they do recerts, discharges, admissionsand follow up visits and hands-on skilled care and they are the sole responsibility of those patients. You barely know the patients and they expect you to see them in a timely manner. No time to read through patients health history and sometimes new patients are added to your planned day. If you don't always sync you device, you might think you are seeing just 4 patients and end up needing to see 3 extra ones and be blamed for not seeing them or documenting in a timely manner. They keep admitting new patients and using recruiters to provide more contract nurses. No orientation, no training, you get thrown in the field. Whether u have ever done IVs or wound vacs, etc is not their concern, as long as you have RN attached to your license. Your license will be at risk and you will be blamed if something goes wrong. You get assigned and all your 10 hours shift need to be accounted for the day and documentation for 6 or more patients submitted. If you have never worked in a hospital, don't work here. If you have young kids don't work here cause you won't focus on them even at home because you will need to finish documentation you couldn't while running from one part of the globe to the other seeing patients. All they care about is their business not you the RN. Any mistake, or calling off for more than a few days, may result in you being fired lol.
