I've lived in this area for about 2 years now, and this location has always been hit or miss. In the past, the location's hours were uncertain. There would be many times when they would close earlier than their posted hours. Most Jacks have set hours and are good for a quick bite but I just stopped by at 6:30pm and the doors to the lobby were locked with no explanation (lights were on inside as well). I would have gone through the drive-through, but the last few times I have gone, the staff felt undertrained with little knowledge of the menu items. Also, I've been wondering why there is a section of the restaurant that has had incomplete construction for the past few years...
