Good shopping done had a good time looking around but when we went to pay i was greeted by a rude worker called Keith, asked if he had apple pay, proceeded to say no and stay quiet, even asked him if he had a atm or something and didnt say nothing until his coworker behind him was free and we could use apple pay.

Edit, I just think all this customer support reply is all for a show! As you can read below they have replied here but never got back to me or anything when I wrote them an email a few days ago giving them more details. So, as I was saying below they don't care about customers, not in the stores and certainly not here. This place is horrible (at least the gun department)! I wish there were zero stars. Three times i was there to purchase a gun and nobody greeted me ever, not once. I went to puchase a gun, first time i had to wait about 30 minutes and nobody ever asked me if i needed anything. There were only two customers before me and they're taking about 30 minutes with one customer. When my turn came the old man who was at the counter pretended he was busy with something and left. After about 35 minutes i left without anyone helping me. I thought this only was a coincidence and went back. Second time i waited for over 25 minutes. Finally someone with the name Jan called me. When i was asking him about the guns he didn't have a clue, and started saying some rude and offensive comments about me when i needed more information, very unprofessional he and another old man who didn't help me the previous day (November 16-17, 2022. Anyway, i went to pick up the gun the next day after the background check and the same story happened. There was only one customer they were helping and there were two people behind the counter and they were just standing there, no one at least greeting me once. I waited for more than 20 minutes i got so mad that i left without purchasing the gun i wanted to, and before that there was another customer that had left because one of the guys behind the counter admitted that he was waiting for a very long time without anyone helping Gun department - Zero customer support, zero help for customers. There are better stores out there to buy a gun.
