        Pam was excellent she was understanding and patience with me. I only came to file my California State taxes. Which I wasnt aware that Texas does not charge for any state taxes. She went beyond her job duties and make sure everything was done correctly. Shes awesome make sure when you do file your taxes you make an appointment to see her.

        Pam Tait saved the day today! The previous agent who started my taxes called out. I was at that location and Manuel called to tell me Lida was out sick. I had already called out for work and could not reschedule. I was sent to Pam. She arrived swiftly and went above and beyond the call of duty! She was very delightful, kind and warm in her spirit. She also was very knowledgeable in her role. Thank you Pam! You rock! You are the best! I will be switching to her location next year instead of the Mansfield location. Thank you again!!
