This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I when to make a purchase of algae control. The manager help us get the items. But the issue was when we were paying for the items. He refuse to take are change. We were paying $82.25 and we give them 100.25 but just because we didn't give him the money exactly at the time of purchase refuse to give us the change. Them started to make excuses that I has raising my voice. Also he thought I was treated him. Just because I told him he didn't know who was he messing with. Due to the worth customer service I have ever received. I ask him for his manager and told me he was the manager. I ask for his business card and refuse to give it to me. Also told me I was that type of customer. Which I didn't understand what he meant by that? On my way out he was yelling at us for no reason. This is the worst customer service and this manager need some training on how to treat people. If he don't like his job he can find another and is working in the wrong line of business. Please help him out understand better his role in the customer service.
