Roder really came thru for me and my family. We were recently in a bad car wreck and were already in a bad situation when our A/C in our house went out in addition to. I called one of the bigger companies and they said repairs would be over 4K. I went to Facebook with my concerns and Corey reached out to me and offered to send one of his techs out to me. His tech showed up today and not only verified that the diagnosis from the bigger guys was false but repaired my AC for a fraction of the cost. The tech was professional, honest and respectful. He was very informative too. Thank you Roder for helping out my family. We are now cool and comfortable in our home.

Your roofing truck that was driving down Jordan Road at Bois D Arc road this morning at 8:12 AM in McKinney decided to blow through a four-way stop sign, right next to two schools, on the first day of school. The driver tapped for less than half a second on the brakes before blowing through at over 40 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. On the North East corner of that four-way stop which he ignored was a child on her bike about to cross the road. I have a sinking suspicion that your driver did not see her. I'm very very glad that she was still about 30 seconds from actually crossing the street. It's easy to find your business when you have the name plastered all over your giant truck.

I had an unusual repair for a mobile building I had on my property. The shingle covered overhang of the roof had started to separate from the main part of the building. Since its primarily a metal roof except this section, and it was a result of normal wear and tear per the adjuster, we had some issues getting insurance to cover it. Roder Roofing did everything they could to work with the insurance company, coming onsite several times for pictures and meeting with the inspector. But, as fate would have it, a storm came and actually knocked the overhang almost completely off without damaging the windows or siding. RR adapted, switched gears into demo mode, and fixed it cheaper than what it was originally going to cost to fully replace. They were able to take the overhang down without causing any further damage to the structure. They were very upfront about their pricing, and did a good job.
