Have anyone noticed that they pick with certain race they help some race more than others they ask for more information concerning applying for benefits and other race that don't have the correct document they let them slide through because they have their race that works in the department that speaks another language but when it comes to the other race that doesn't speak their language they give them a hard time and we are legal I really don't understand how this goes on.

Poor service. The lady at the help desk does not want to be accountable for anything. She will not take the applications because she does t want to misplace them she said. So just to turn in an application, I have to stand in line and wait for hours just to turn it in .

Incompetence at this level could only be done on purpose. Laziest workers to ever hold a government job. Not one piece of paperwork I've turned in has ever been put into the computer correctly. Someone should do an investigation into this office.

Hands down Ive never been to a government establishment as great and fast paste as this office I wish there where more place like this and people like this you lady at the front who assisted me through my complete process with easy all I had to do was listen. She was great and if I need to return it would be definitely here. Thanks What a passionate process office.
