If I could give Negative 5 stars I would. They are crooks! Flat out told me they can't verify who I am since I haven't rented in over 20 years,and they verified who owns my Family home. All this was explained before application and was told by Stacey White,we shouldn't have a problem. Then when he tried to explain why I was denied,he stated 3 different excuses. Now you have the truth of what was said. White and associates are crooks! Don't just believe my reviews,look at this past 2years.....more bad reviews then good! Proof is in the writing!

We have lived in a home we rent from this family for over 2 years. Everyone is kind, empathetic, professional and mostly prompt. I appreciate Randy and his promptness to our work orders. Just recently, I received an email to pick up Easter baskets free of charge and wreaths from their office. This prompted me to make this review. I have 10 years in property management and havent even done this for my renters. We really appreciate you guys!
