I absolutely recommend using this company for all of your computer and printer needs! I went in for the first time today and they fixed my printer in less than 15 minutes, updated my laptop and then checked my system remotely when I got home to make sure everything was working correctly. I recently had an issue with my laptop not booting into Windows, and after exhausting my own troubleshooting efforts, I decided to visit Everyones Computer Repair for assistance. Cory, the technician I worked with, provided exemplary service. He was incredibly professional and transparent throughout the entire process. Cory kept me informed every step of the way, updating me on any potential issues or methods he tried to resolve the problem with my laptop. His transparency was greatly appreciated as it helped me understand the situation better and set realistic expectations. Ultimately, Cory determined that the hard drive was corrupt and recommended a reputable brand for replacement. I wasnt bothered by the lack of extraction since I refused Corys offer for a file extraction. Overall, I highly recommend Everyones Computer Repair for their professionalism, transparency, and quality service. Corys expertise and honesty made the experience smooth and reassuring. I will definitely return for any future electronic repair needs.
