        Pharmacy absolutely refuses to answer the phone. Puts your medication on hold and tells you to call for more information but refuses to answer. I was on hold for 15 minutes then decided to hang up.

        I have been on hold for 45 minutes. Then the person who was helping me stepped away and didnt put me on hold , now Ive been on the phone for over an hour and a half! This is unacceptable. If I was in crisis this would be deadly ! Very unprofessional. I shouldnt have to be on a call for over an hour with no real assistance!

        Every time I call I hold over ten minutes and going in it seems they have an attitude that youre there. They are always coming up with some reason why they cant fill my prescription and they know its hard to find and they have you jumping through hoops to get it. Its So Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!

        DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I had oral surgery (wisdom tooth extracted) over 24 hours ago heading into 48 hours (severe pain) and they have yet to fill my prescriptions. Professionalism and care at an all time low.
