Ive used this company as my insurance broker for years. Ive dealt with Marlene, Sam, Marcos, but today was the worst experience ever with Brittnii. The complete opposite of previous great customer that Ive received. Called to get a quote on a new policy and change vehicles. Ive done this process multiple times with the previous employees with no hiccups. Even asked for her email so that I could email her driver names, VIN numbers, policy requirements, Leinholders, even previous policy numbers with them for reference. That was information I provided to her email with nothing more than send info here I call 2 hours later for an update and she states her email is full and to call back in 30 minutes. I could tell from her initial responses on the first call that she didnt even want to work, yet alone check emails. Keep on hiring people who dont want to do customer service and youll keep on losing customers.
