Staff was very friendly and helpful. They warned me about the undoing renovations but it wasn't a problem for me, I'm very used to that environment. Location is great to visit the SSA office. Also an IHOP within a stone's throw Noteworthy details: If I ever have the chance to see it after the renovations are done I will do it for sure. Next time use Shaw ecoworx instead of Tarkett though

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a hotel. The night time front desk clerk was very nice positive attitude great guy but the morning shift manager has the worst attitude I've ever encountered and it took everything in me to remain respectful first of all got to the room television didn't work put me in another room television didn't work put me in another room television didn't work and it had mold on the ceiling and the floor air conditioner busted after that I decided I want a refund he said he couldn't do refunds at night time that was up to his front desk manager to give me my refund in the morning he assured me that she will refund me. I called that next morning she refused to give me my money back even though I didn't stay at the hotel and I was only in the room for 2 minutes at the most.

Well, check is is at 3pm SHARP. Got there 15 min early and there were 2 attendants at the front desk, and around 7 people already waiting to be checked it. We were told, check in will begin in 15 minutes...and the 2 workers remained at the computers apperently waiting for 3 to strike. When it did, the male employee called the 1st guest, the female did nothing, mind you the line of people waiting was now around 20. The 1st guest booked 2 rooms apperently and was told they only have one. That took a good 10 minutes before he left roomless. 2nd guest in line was already in his room but there was an issues where he needed maintenance...then it was our turn. Female, hasnt helped anyone. We go to our room, after walking past nasty dirty and stained carpet, open our room, NO carpet. Idk but it felt like what I would assume a prison cell would feel like; concrete walls, floors, etc. Not at all like the company photos. We had plans to be out all night so we literally just needed a bed to sleep in, and that is exactly what we did. Wasn't going to attempt to shower as the bottom of the tub looked like it has never seen a cleaning product...woke up and got out of there. The parking lot is a joke as well. The spots surrounding the hotel itself were all full, maybe a total of 40. There is a much larger area(no signs or directions on how to get in as it is blocked off by parking curbs) you have to go around the block and between three abandoned semi-trailers and a large pothole, to park. Just don't do it.

I had the misfortune of staying at the Country Inn Hotel by Radisson in Grand Prairie, which turned out to be a regrettable experience. Firstly, the hotel was undergoing renovations, a fact not communicated during booking, leading to a rather unwelcoming ambiance devoid of carpeting and marred by construction activity. The room condition was unsatisfactory. The bed sheets were stained, raising concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards upheld by the establishment. Moreover, functional aspects such as the toilets failed to flush properly, and the bathtub's water would not drain post-shower, creating an inconvenient and uncomfortable situation. Cleanliness appeared to be a neglected aspect, as evidenced by food crumbs on the dresser - a detail that further spoils the comfort of the room and question the maintenance routine. The advertised complimentary breakfast was non-existent, removing what is often considered a positive start to a guest's day. This absence of service only compounded the frustration of my stay. Customer service, an essential pillar of the hospitality industry, was grossly lacking in warmth and professionalism. Encountering a rude staff member not only dampens the overall experience but also makes one feel unwelcome. The final blow came with an unjustified smoking fee of $250, an exorbitant charge especially given I am not a smoker. This fee was not only unfounded but escalated the cost of an already disappointing stay to an unreasonable level. Regrettably, my stay at the Country Inn by Radisson in Grand Prairie did not meet the standard I anticipated, marked by a series of deficiencies that cannot be overlooked. It was an experience that I would not recommend, and it raises serious concerns about the value and service promised versus what is actually provided.
