Started working with them in January doing a whole home remodel. We have been nothing but absolutely pleased with the process and work staff. They are on time, personal & professional. Consistently address and concerns and welcome ideas. They leave the workspaces clean and organized. When asked a question they take the time to explain and if they are uncertain they wait to get clarification. We are about 40% through the process and will happily update when we get closer to completion. Would not hesitate ( at this point ) to recommend if you are looking for a company who has a vested interest in you being 100% happy with the process and outcome.

Beautiful Job!!! The house was transformed completely! With reconfigured, custom tiled baths and kitchen, beautifully renovated hardwood floors, inset and additional lighting, garage completion and fresh color inside and out. John was fantastic to work with from beginning to completion ensuring the renovation was done quickly and beautifully!

I contacted FCS for our kitchen remodeling project and they immediately responded. John was very instrumental in my decision to go with this firm. He clearly laid out his expectations and I was impressed with his clarity and determination to get the work done on time and within the budget. After we determined the start date, everything went as smoothly as ever! John was very instrumental in ensuring that the project was constructed on time. In addition, I have never met anyone like John who was so meticulous in bringing concerns and anticipating problems, - that any issues we had, he made sure it was addressed. He is hands down the best builder I've run into, not to mention he was a very friendly and easy person to work with. He made excellent recommendations and in the end, the kitchen is the centerpiece of our home! This was our third remodeling project and I can vouch that FCS not only were easy to work with, they were dependable. The kitchen came out so beautiful that we enjoy just sitting in the dining area to marvel at the masterpiece!

We contracted with John to renovate our kitchen and our upstairs bathroom. John and his team did an incredible job, both in how they managed the process and the end results. John was very thoughtful about making recommendations on materials, colors and some design changes that helped open up the spaces. The crew had to remove old tile floors in both the kitchen and the bathroom, and knock down some walls. They also installed an oak floor in the kitchen, and added all new cabinets. The job was finished in a timely manner, and on budget. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their homes, particularly older homes which can add some special challenges!

After putting out 6 bids and being over charged by designs I didn't even use by a different company I finally found and chose FCS! John was great to work with and from the get go was super transparent and honest in terms of the scope of the job as well as in pricing. No frills or upsells, just straight to the point in terms of my goals and desires for my bathroom remodel. Along the way he was super communicative and very accommodating, as several times I requested some changes be made. The original schedule was 4-6 weeks and we went 7 only because of delays for some materials and by no fault of John or the crew. Speaking of the crew..... They were super awesome to work with and the pride in their work showed with the final result. I am VERY pleased I chose FCS and will choose them again for future projects I have in mind.
