My appointment was at 1:30 but they asked me to come in early at 1:15. I did came early and still have to wait for 40 mins. I was only interested in the deep cleaning, but then after the consult they said the total for only deep cleaning was $600s after insurance. They have a poster saying exam + cleaning = $59. Is this a scam?

Went for a regular cleaning and they ended up over charging me and its not the first time they have done it. I would not coming back never again! Please always get a second opinion dont trust them. The office manager was very unprofessional.

Horrible first impression!Called the office to schedule a procedure got two different answers from staff members after having to make multiple calls.Then told to email documents and told they don't have them to resend them and the referral.I was told I coudlnt schedule a appointment without a referral.So i take time to submit it and after sending everything no follow up from the staff whatsoever days later!

BEWARE this place is a SCAM! Came here last year and they told me I had peridontal disease and needed a deep cleaning. Cleaning cost $800 after insurance. Called back to see if I could just get a regular cleaning since I wasnt able to pay $800. They told me no. That was sketchy enough for me not to go back because my insurance offered 2 free cleanings per year. Fast forward to today, I visited another dentist. I dont have periodontal disease and didnt need a deep cleaning. I see other comments on here that had similar situation. This office needs to get investigated. They falsify information to try to get more money out of people. SO SAD. People work hard for their money and the last thing they need is professionals lying to their face.
