        REGARDING ONLY THE IL LOCATION: I worked with the owner Jake . He was rude and unresponsive when I had an issue. I used them to epoxy my garage floor while I was out of town. During the installation my garage door got closed on the wet epoxy. They tried charging me extra when the issue happened and blamed me for the issue. Don't you think when they specialize in installing garage floors they would make the garage door out of service prior to working on it? When the owner "Jake" tried charging me an extra $500, I told him that was outlandish and he told me don't worry about it. Its now a year and half later and my garage door is peeling and chipping up. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEIND THEIR WORK. Jake is claiming I owe him $500 still. Reality is I would pay it if they could fix my garage floor but he is unresponsive. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
