Baywash Car Wash

Omg. This place is crazy. One entrance/exit? An accident waiting to happen. Doggie wash is offered but no parking spaces. You must park in a vacuum area, where cars are constantly waiting for. No where to u-turn to get out of there. Great location but very bad planning.

Paid for a single car wash a couple months back and upon checking my account, Baywash Car Wash has been debiting my account every month for almost 25 dollars each month! I'm furious!!!

I've been to Baywash three times. The first time I went-in close proximity-I loved the free access to vacuums, towels, and window cleaner. Great idea, by the way!!!! The second time I went because they sent me a coupon for a free wash. Unfortunately this visit was tainted by the red head Caucasian female who attempted to force me to submit a second coupon distributed as a result of my submission of a review. Let me share what happened...I provided my coupon for a free wash. Once this was done, I was asked to scan a barcode and render a review, which I did. After rendering said review, I received another free wash. The female mentioned above attempted to force me into giving up my second free wash as a part of the wash I was in the process of receiving. When I questioned her tactics and what she was doing, which was clearly unethical, she quickly became vehement and snappy. When she was told she would be reported, she opened the entrance for me to receive my wash and told me to, "Move forward!" I don't know what has gotten into people lately, but I'm not from the generation of African Americans that lack intelligence, pride, civility, endurance, or SELF-ADVOCACY!!!! I will fight the system, people behind the system, etc. when I see anyone attempting to take advantage of me, someone that looks like me, or anyone that can't fend for themselves!!!!!
