I went it for a full set, and it took around 4.5 hours to complete. My nails all starting falling off that same day. When the girl was doing my nails the Director came around and pointed out that she had "forgotten" to prime my nails. She continued doing them without primer and each nail started lifting almost instantly. I told them I was unhappy and although minor changes were made, it was a completely unacceptable experience. I was embarrassed of the nails that I paid for, too embarrassed to post them here. For someone who has been here several times through the years, this was my worst experience yet. Edit: School contacted me in December(a few months after original visit) and asked to correct my experience with a new free service.

Grand Prairie is a nice and well kept location. I went in to get a fill from Ki (Kiera Montgomery) who is an amazing, sweet, very professional, organized nail tech. She definitely knows what she is doing. Also educated me on certain things pertaining to nails. Great experience

This place is amazing and very affordable. Feza is the wonderful at pedicures - pedi spa treatment (anything feet.) As a momma always on her feet, it was so soothing to have feet/legs massage and cleaned up well. She did a fantastic job and I'll be back. I can't wait to try the paraffin wax treatment. Thank you, Feza.
