    Condescending way of communication. Lack of people skills with an abundance of knowledge (that could be a blessing if it were used in a positive manner). I wouldn't invest in a place like this, if you are a person of color. I'm convinced the good reviews are friends and family - you can feel the saturated and negative energy as soon as you walk into the office. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    Drive your car really fast to EuropAsian Auto Pros if you are experiencing any issues. Ms. Claudia and Nathan provide the most professional service with upfront and fair pricing. What I liked most was that they are not just going to take your money. I brought in my infiniti, and Ms. Claudia advised that they could fix the car. However, she offered other more practical options for my high mileage car that wouldn't be as expensive. I truly appreciated the customer care and concern. If you want quality service, fair pricing, and above and beyond customer service, EuropAsian is the place to go.

Good Afternoon Ms. Bruce, this is Claudia and I would like to personally respond to your review. To begin, let me say that I am extremely sorry that you felt slighted in any way. This was not intended. Secondly, know that the majority of our clients are multinational and "of color" and they are all fantastic and wonderful people. When you walked into our repair facility earlier, it was towards the end of our day when we are completing clients' vehicles that were already committed for delivery. At the same time, it was the end of your day, and hot outside with no working A/C as you were in search of a shop that could look at/work on your car immediately due to your time and work limitations. We communicated very clearly with you regarding the issue you were having with your Acura and Nathan asked you multiple questions. A/C issues can be extremely complex as he had explained and diagnostics take time "if they are to be done correctly". You had explained that you had two other persons work on your car, your finances were in restraint, and the car was still not repaired. That in itself is very upsetting to anyone. We understand your plight and have dozens of clients who have chosen our shop after having had just your type of experience. Nathan offered to make you an appointment for tomorrow (even though our schedule is full) and he would have diagnosed your A/C himself. Knowing him, he most likely would have offered the diagnosis at a reduced fee to help you out (this is quite common with us). You failed to mention that he gave you another option, offering to refer you to two other shops that were very reputable if you chose not to use us for this service. It was also explained to you that at 4pm, it would be difficult for any shop to stop what they are doing and take the time to look at/and properly diagnose your vehicle. You left with an understanding of what was explained to you, took one of our business cards, stated you would think about it, and told Nathan that if you could not find someone today to look at your car that you might be back tomorrow morning to have us diagnose your car. You even made the statement that you "learned something today". What we did not expect was for you to leave and give us a bad review after we had normal conversation with understanding between all parties involved, which you failed to mention took approximately 20 minutes to discuss your vehicle needs and the process needed to go about diagnosing your vehicle's issue with you - that in itself was and is very confusing to both of us. You also failed to mention that you folded up and threw our business card on the ground on the way back to your car. Nathan noted that after your review popping up on our screen, he checked your Google profile and counted 9 of 26 posted reviews are 1-Star reviews. Very disappointing how someone having a bad day/week can easily misinterpret and openly post negative reviews of established, hard-working businesses. With all this said, the offer still stands- if you would like the appointment for tomorrow morning, we can start this relationship over. Respectfully ~ Claudia
