        I love the location. It's close to everything we need with minimal driving. Ms Pauline is probably the best leasing manager ever. I hate that we may have to move due to needing more space but if we could we'd stay here longer.

        I definitely don't recommend you living here because they will charge you for extra water such as sewer and base and regular water usage. The staffing is terrible, they can never answer a simple question PLUS they talk about residents I over heard on the phone saying " that is why they leave us because the water bill Is so high " YES it is. They are never organize and they only want your money !! I went to pay for my money order and turns out they no longer accept money order since 2 months ago and never have they ever sent me an email or message regarding about that. They made me waste my time and my money. Terrible place to live ! There is only 2 maintenance guys working and they never come to fix anything. Especially Neil, every time I try to speak with her she never answer a simple question and always transfers me to someone as if she was new ! like NOPE.
