        Ive recently moved into my apartment and it was a breeze! Lacey, manager, and the rest of the staff has been so friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The entire apartment complex is always clean and tidy. The communication is amazing. So far, Im so glad that Ive chosen this place.

        PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING I genuinely believe these people are denying people who are qualified so they can keep the administration and application fees. Don't believe me? Read some of the other reviews.We were told the admin and application fees would be refunded if we were approved along with getting a 375 dollar gift card for moving in if we applied within the first 48 hours. NOW, I would not apply if I didn't know FOR SURE that I would get approved. I have exceptional credit and rental history and I have my own trucking business so I make WAY MORE than enough to cover the rent by myself but due to my roommate applying with me and her having a collection due over 7 years ago (that she gave proof that she had nothing to do with) they denied our application even though they didn't offer for me to be on the lease myself like I've had done in the past.

        Went in for a tour and got all my questions answered without having to even ask! Brendon communicated the apartments amenities and all of its inclusions to the extent. He had very good customer service and I would definitely recommend looking into these apartments as well! You will not be disappointed!

        Weve been living here for a month now and we love our unit. It has a luxury feel to it and is affordable. Brendon helped us during our move and was extremely helpful and patient. The only thing that can be a hit or miss is the parking. Residents (that dont want to pay for the garage) can only park in the front of the building or along the gate, and there isnt many parking spaces. But all in all, its a good community!
