BELIEVE THE REVIEWS Because I wish I would have. I have been here 4 days! I have had the WORSE experience. I dont even know where to begin. Lets start on 03/23/2024 My move in date The apartment was not cleaned, base boards not replaced, stove dirty, door to laundry room would not shut, tub has not be replaced nor cleaned, smelled like smoke. This is ONLY the things that my eyes could see. Once moved all the way in found even more. Tub would not drain, toilet would not flush, kitchen sink does not drain, garbage disposal does not work. They came to fix the toilet, 2 days later it was back not working. Whoever signed off on this apartment to be moved in ready should be fired. To end it the only thing was offered to me was a free park! This is most definitely goes against the fair housing law. And a free parking is not going to solve these matters at hand. Actions will be taken further. (Please dont believe the good reviews that is something they ask you to do when you move in) I done it and then deleted it once I experienced for myself.

I've been here 2 months now. When we applied, they made it so easy for us. The staff in the leasing office was very, very helpful through the process. Miss elizabethe best is one of the best property managers I've had. They continue to strive for the best keeping the property kept well. A meeting all our expectations. The the environment is amazing.It's so quiet and everyone is Is friendly And caring. This is by far one of the best properties I've ever lived in.

My friend just moved in and has a roach infestation. This needs to be rectified immediately.

dirty and stinks with roaches. these apartments are not taken care off for being modern
