Unreliable, non responsive company. Gone without water in our community too many times. Phones are being answered by an answering service to elimate customers to speak directly to anyone in charge. Only option left is to file a formal complaint through the commissioners office. Hopefully someone will help with the frustrations in our area. Its shameful not to provide for something so simple as water and a disgrace to the elderly and to the children who live in our neighborhood. Wondering how well anyone who works here sleeps well at night.

Could you please send out a water schedule to your customers. We would like to know which 10 minutes we will be able to take a shower this month!

Have been calling for weeks now trying to pay my water bill. The voicemail says it's full. Other times it mentions an emergency number. I call the emergency number and still no answer.

My cousin and daughter are both without water at least once a month for days at a time.Most times they won't answer the phone. It was a week last time and water came back on for a couple of days then quit again. Cousin called and reported it and was told it was being worked on. Daughter called a few minutes later and was told no one had reported any issues. Cousin called back next day and was told they were not aware of any issues....today they are without water AGAIN. Daughter was told they would call her back. Now they won't answer the phone. We are reporting them to the Mayor and County Attorney as advised from the Tx Water Commision. If not corrected then Water Commision gets involved but they advised where to start. These people cannot go days without water anymore. They have children and pets. They can't bathe or cook and a week without water is too long, especially when it's constant. They have water a few days then it goes off again. They had water yesterday for a few hours after it being off for 2 days.
