        Sundance has really blown us away. Not only are the very reasonably priced, but their customer service is really amazing. They give you that small town feel, while being a larger company. Their drivers go above and beyond. They pick up trash that is blowing around, pick up extra bags that they dont have to pick up, they wave at us as they drive through the neighborhood. They are just unlike any other company that is servicing our neighborhood. Highly recommend them!! Service: Trash removal & disposal

        I have used Sundance for a year now. They have been clean, neat and helpful. They are humans running a business. Not some huge corporation that you can not relate or talk to. The drivers have not been seen speeding in our neighborhood, which is a huge improvement over the last guys. Their equipment seems up to date and is clean. I feel the price for their service is acurate for our times and the service I receive. It is wonderful to be able to recycle at the curb and still live in the country. I really like their teams! The employees have gone the extra mile when they didn't know anyone was watching. Always courteous and do what they can to keep our neighborhood clean. VERY happy we made the switch!!

        Absolutely LOVE this service! Not only are they on time, you get reminders the evening before pickup to set your container out and what time theyll be there!! Very accommodating as to bulk pickup as well. Customer Service rep very professional and pleasant. And, they APPRECIATE your business. So glad I made the change to this company, and YOU will be too!! We are always sending them feedback - and you can help by leaving them a google review here: http://tinyurl.com/navusoftreviewThe online customer portal allows you to:> View Current and Previous Invoices> View Current Service > Make a Payment.> Manage Auto Pay> Manage Payment MethodsFor our commercial and construction customers, they can view multiple locations with only one login. For customers who have troubles navigating the user interface, they can call, email or text us for support. These are features we have recently requested: 1. An ability to pay via phone via secure text link.2. An ability for users to login with their phone number so they don't need a password.If you have specific feedback, then please let us know or leave them a review. Thanks!
