        Mike and I are very pleased with the Norman shades that were bought and properly installed at our home. They are really gorgeous. In addition to privacy, they add insulation in extreme weather. We had replaced all the windows in our home, but wanted to keep these long single pane windows. These shades added plenty of insulation. Additionally, the company has been prompt with appointments and their warranty has integrity. Thank you Jan
