Capital Tax

Extremely unprofessional, does not provide invoices when you pay him, does not provide refunds (even if he did nothing to earn that paycheck), doesn't take ownership of mistakes made when you call him out on them. He filed my 2022 taxes and was able to get me a return. However, I had to ask him several times for the amount and copy of my return so I could find out where my refund was. When he finally provided it, come to find out he had only filed it the day he gave it to me even though he told me it was filed 2 weeks ago. If I hadn't have kept asking him for the proof who knows if it ever would have been filed. Then for my 2023 taxes I was supposed to receive his full "VIP package". This is a $5000 service which is supposed to cover help through out the year before your taxes are due to get you ready to file them properly. I made a partial payment of $3000 before realizing I wasn't receiving the help I needed and he is very unprofessional. When I decided to terminate the business relationship he said he doesn't give refunds. He also did not acknowledge my request for him to delete all files with mine and my families personal information.

Jason has been very helpful and always willing to answer questions we have. We are really appreciative of his work with our LLC also.

If I could put no stars I would. Went to Jason and paid $350. He never filed our return amd took off with our money. Now we're getting letters from the IRS. No answer from Jason via cell phone, email or text. We went to another CPA.

Mr. Eschberger assisted me with some last minute items that I needed help with, and was able to knock it all out within a day. Great customer service, and was always responsive to any questions I had.

Ive never referred to anyone filing my taxes as a badass, but theres a first for everything. To say I was pleasantly surprised by Jasons services and the results he got me, is an understatement. I cannot stress enough that if you have any issues relating to taxes, bookkeeping, etc, hes your guy. Its worth the time and money. He significantly lowered my tax burden simply by trying. Thank you Jason!
