We contracted with Republic Home Repair for a number of projects during the last year. Quite simply, working with RHR was one of the best experiences we have had. Among others, RHR painted our entire house (inside and out), changed out lighting throughout our home (inside and out), did a significant amount of drywall work and managed a number of electrical projects. The quality of the work RHR performed was stellar (and clean) and completed for a good value. The team is honest and trustworthy and they offer creative (design and other) solutions and suggestions for various issues along the way. The RHR team is skilled at project management and clear communication. Moreover, the RHR team made our projects fun instead of stressful! We will definitely be working with RHR for projects in the future and are looking forward to it! We needed some improvements and a few repairs to our home. Sam and his team were EXTREMELY fast to respond and sent us an fair quote. His team arrived on time every day and completed the job on time. The craftsmanship of the work was amazing. We needed a hardwood floor (bamboo) reinstalled/repaired, dry wall repair, texture, paint,and replace a few exterior pieces of trim. When we were billed, it matched the quote we were given. This was a huge relief as many times we heard from friends to plan to pay 15% more than the quoted price. We have since used Sam and his team for additional projects and again his team was on time and budget. My family and I HIGHLY recommend Sam and his team. Weve had quite a time dealing with our insurance agency and trying to get our claim paid so Sam and his team can work their magic on our floors and patio door. Sam has not only been amazingly patient, but our right hand in helping advocate to the insurance agency. As soon as we get this reno done, we plan on having them help with several other projects in our home!
