We cant say enough good things about Brian and his company Top Notch! He and his team did a beautiful job on a new roof installation for us. He is a total pro when it comes to working with your insurance company. We barely paid a thing! Brian was so professional from start to finish. He was even there most of the time project managing our install which is rare for an owner to do. When our final insurance payment came to us and it was time to pay him the final amount, it appeared that our insurance had paid out extra for some things and Brian made us aware of thatSO honest!! We never would have known. Also, it is important to know that in Texas it is not a requirement to be licensed as a roofer so you can get some very shady situations! Top Notch is a great LOCAL roofing company. After a heavy hailstorm I had a lot of roofing companies show up, but I didnt feel I could trust any of them. I wanted someone local that had a proven track record in Austin and the surrounding area. After a lot of research, I found Top Notch Roofing on a Top Rated Local Pros list (Directorii - The safest way to find a contractor), back by Dmitry Lipinshiy of Roofing Insight. Once I contacted Top Notch roofing, Brain, the owner came out and met with me. He was very knowledgeable and organized. He provided me with all his insurance, certifications, and warranty doucments before he even asked me for by business, and the biggest think that also impressed me about him was he told me that maybe I should wait 2 or 3 months before I had my roof done, since we were at the beginning of hail and storm season. This showed me he was not just looking to make a quick buck and had my best interest in mind. Brian didnt give me the normal song and dance show like the other companies that showed up did. He provided me with lots of great fact and advise and let me make the decision on if I would use him or not. No pressure, just good facts, and knowledge. After I hired Top Notch, and they completed the work, I could see why their name was on the Top Rated Local Pros recommendation list. Great workmanship and professional level service.
