Very impressed with how helpful and not pushy the staff was. Sylvia was spot on with helping us find exactly what we wanted and quickly which is a plus. Paul was super helpful showing us through the app and answering all questions we had. Very great experience with my first (boyfriends 3rd) sleep number bed!

Love this location! It was a quick trip to grab a new pillow and comforter. Paul was very helpful and patient as we also had a ton of points and credits to spend. Thank you!

Patti is the best!! She was patient and helped us find the right fit for our needs. When our bed was supposed to be delivered we had a pretty bad experience with customer service. We were put of town unexpectedly for a funeral but had a friend on stand by to go to the house when we got the 1 hour before arrival curtisy call. That call never came and the tech came and went without a word. That's life it happens. What blew me away was that when my wife called in to reschedule they hung up on her multiple times because she asked that they didn't push it out another month. See we already moved our bed before we went out of town for the funeral so this would mean we would be sleeping on couches for a month. I called Patti because she was pur only good experience with the company and she did everything she could to help. Again I can't reccomend Patti enough. Customer service called back and did make things right. Thank you Patti and the Georgetown store!
