Mark arrived on time, inspected my system, repaired a broken sprinkler head, adjusted and cleaned sprinkler heads as needed... all this was expected, but what earned him five stars from me was that he adjusted the watering time for each of my zones based on its sun/shade orientation and revised the system start times! He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend him!
