Dan, at Arandale, has gone above and beyond to give us the best service available and has provided us with insurance for our three (3) companies as well as our home and vehicles. His extensive knowledge regarding both commercial and homeowners policies has provided us with considerably better coverage than we previously had from another company at a much better rate. Dan has also found coverage on both our business and home policies which our last insurance company was not able to offer. Due to the type of services offered by our companies we are required to have multiple endorsements that can be very confusing to a layman. Dan has been able to not only explain what the endorsements cover, but also was able to answer our questions on how they would be implemented should we have a loss. As such, I recommend him to everyone I know who needs commercial and/or homeowners insurance. It would be a costly mistake not to ask for Dan's help when searching for your insurance needs. I am very hopeful that we will never have a claim on our insurance. I am confident that we are fully covered should it be necessary to file a claim in the future. Daniel, at Arandale Insurance Managers, has helped us immensely by giving us advice about insurance needs of which we were not even aware. We are building a church facility, and the insurance requirements are somewhat complicated because we are functioning as our own General Contractor. As a result, we needed insurance packages we did not know we would need. Additionally, Daniel gave us a great set of guidelines for our relationships with subcontractors including a sample "Risk Transfer Agreement." He has taken additional time to review the insurance certificates the subcontractors have submitted and helped us work through some complications. Daniel is the most knowledgeable insurance agent I have dealt with during 25 years of business insurance needs. He is also the most responsive and service oriented agent I have known. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking thorough advice, counsel, and service concerning insurance needs.
