Disappointing experience. Scott came and evaluated my fathers estate. He left us with his contract. I took the time to bring it to my dad and explained the contract in detail. We spent an hour or two making what was a really hard decision for him. He signed. I returned the contract to Scott who replied he didnt want to do the sale. I think it would have been preferred to hear that it wasnt of interest before presenting us with a contract. One family member reached out to Scott to discuss we didnt have any preconceived expectations of the sale financially and that call was not returned.

Our sale was for 3 days and over 90% of our items sold. Our items were displayed in a very attractive manner, the items were reasonably priced, and staff were there to help the customers. They took care of donating the items that were left, and cleaned up the house. They were even able to sell my husband's antique sports car. I highly recommend their services.

I see zero reviews from people who have liquidated their homes, only from buyers. Hmmmmm.

We were COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the services provided by Steinbach Auctions and Estate Sales. Scott and his team are expert at staging, pricing, and managing all aspects of the sale. He delivered everything as promised and made our experience completely hassle-free. They know their business and how to market the sale to customers who are willing to pay fair prices. The Steinbach process resulted in us netting $3K+ more than the amount offered by a competitor. I would recommend Steinbach Auctions and Estate Sales to anyone who has need for estate sale services in the Georgetown and surrounding areas.
