        The office staff is very pleasant and the hygienists are skillful and sweet. Dr. Cornman is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

        RUDE!! They are NOT in network with ANY insurance. Which was not an issue initially because they said insurance would cover 100% out of network as long as they are in the reasonable amount. This year that changed. I called to see if they could help with figuring out how to help with getting the reasonable amount sent to my insurance to cover 100% as we were long time patients. Laura hung up on me. She would not work with me kept cutting me off on the phone and then when I tried to explain what the insurance had told me she cut me off and would NOT give me the same type of courtesy. This office is RUDE and does not care how long you have been a patient. They will not work with you or try to figure out a plan on how to get us back on track. That is all I was asking for a plan to get us back on track. I then asked to cancel my and my husbands future appointments and she hung up on me. I call back to verify that it has been done and she said it has been and hung up on me again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Chris Cornman's office.
