        I have been going here for almost two years. During my cleaning today, it was clear my hygienist did not know how to floss around permanent retainers. While flossing between the retainer, she yanked the floss so hard, I felt a snap and she broke the cement holding my retainer. She then informed me I would have to pay out of pocket for the dentist to glue the retainer back into place. After explaining the situation to multiple employees, the only solution offered was to pay for the retainer to be fixed. I would like for the $75 to be refunded to my card immediately. I should not have to pay for a repair made due to your hygienists incompetence. The retainer was inspected and commented on that it was in great condition by the hygienist while getting x-rays before the cleaning. She didnt even finish flossing after breaking the retainer. To further add, the dentist was VERY sloppy with the glue for the repair. Take accountability for your employees wrongdoing. Do better.
