Horrible! I had a change in insurance, so I needed to see a new dentist and I waited 6 weeks to get an appointment here, it had been over 3 years since my last dental visit. I requested my x-rays be sent from my previous dentist, but they wanted a full panoramic x-ray or else I was going to be charged. Unfortunately my ortho sent the file to me instead of them and I didn't know that until my appointment and was unable to send from my phone. They refused to see me without charging me for a full set of x-rays without even checking with my new insurance. The next available appointment they had was 4 months in the future. Seriously? They had my bite wings, and I showed them the pano on my phone, I just couldn not send it to them at that exact moment. That's OK, Renken got me in the next day to look at my filling that had fallen out, and there was no mention of needing a full panoramic x-ray before seeing me. The insurance exploitation is being put above patient care in so many places, but this is an obvious one that I wanted to point out so that others are not misguided. Pick another dentist, seriously.

Dr Dustin j Adamek and his staff have a amazing way of making you feel comfortable and at ease while working their magic, taking care of your teeth. After many years we finally found the best dentist and his team right here in Georgetown. Our teeth have never felt as good and clean ever. In a nut shell, great communication, friendly and kind hygienists, understanding receptionists and awesome quality of dental care. Ernest and Monica Steggink.

Dr. Adamek and his entire staff are professional, compassionate, friendly and they really care about their patients. I've had a lot of work done from July to Nov (9 appts to be exact) so I've had the pleasure of getting to know a few of the staff as I feel like a "regular" now. Amanda and Erin are awesome. Kat is an amazing hygienist who makes you feel more like a friend. I highly recommend this practice!
