Bad experience. Not sure how this place has good reviews , we had to turn my car back to them because it looked so bad when time to pick up and then we come back 2 weeks later and there's more damages to the paint and my windows then ever before , TONS OF SPOTS IN THE PAINT , ORANGE PEEL , MISSING PAINT , NOT COLOR MATCHED , AIR BUBBLES AND TERRIBLE PANEL GAPS and also my radio screen broke while my car was there and yes they did replace it but with one that had dirt and mud caked in it , like do they have any pride in the work they do ? We had the opportunity to walk the shop while we waited an hour for anyone that works there to show up and every car I looked at had terrible orange peel/overspray and just the worst paint jobs I've ever seen. Now I have to take my car to get all the panel gaps fixed and completely repainted in the future , the only reason we accepted the car looking so bad is because they said that's the best they can do and obviously they just can't get it right , oh and they drove my car over 9 miles.... my car came in for hail damage , there is no reason to drive the car!. Moral of the story is definitely judge a book by its cover , the place looks like a junk yard and it shows on my car now. Update! Got the car washed and piant is chipping off because of the paint job I received , everyday I walk to my car I am reminded of how bad they screwed my car up.

The folks there saw that the scratches on my car could be buffed out, rather than sanded and repainted. They were then kind enough to do the job gratuitously. Im sure they saved me several hundred dollars, at least. Any work I need done in the future will certainly be done by these kind folks.

Alliance Collision is a great body shop. My 12 year old car looked new and they went above and beyond.
