I used Sara Baylor as my criminal defense attorney when I was 19 and the way that she handled (or didn't handle...mostly ignore) my case led to me nearly getting deported 10 years later. Not only was I never able to make contact with this attorney while she was retained to represent me, she additionally failed to communicate or send documents with court dates. Since these dates were not communicated she and I missed my court date- which I never knew and she never informed me of and which led to an arrest and another mark on my record. I am distraught to find out that this attorney is still practicing as she clearly has very questionable morals and lacks work ethic.

After years of my children living in  drug and violence. My case fell on non def ears. Child protective services put a case worker on my case who actually cares about the safety and future for children. Unfortunately my son has a drug addiction and has lengthy criminal history. My wife and i with the hard working attorney Amber Hinson and the support of Cps. My daughter was brought home at age 14. Her mother picked her up from her high school in 2019 and was never scene again. The Williamson co Sheriff dept and Texas Rangers could not locate them. After running eight months went by. I was contacted by a wilco Sheiff deputy. She said my daughter was in a very serious accident. She was with her mother horse back riding. The horse got scared and my daughter was thrown and stopped and kicked in her face by the horse. Her injuries were very serious crushed the right side of her face. Her mother fled the scene but hours later showed up to the Round Rock hospital. My daughter was 17 years old and no police agency nor Texas Rangers charged the mother for taking my daughter and not returning her. I have custody. This entire child custody case should be plastered all over headlines. Because we have to my government workers in the system that should not be allowed to work near peoples lives. My childrens lives have been completely destroyed and it all began back in 2004 with Sara Naylor she has horrible judgement
