We have all these lawyers on Met life List with all the expertise like Trust - No Tax Planning, Purchase Of Residence, Business, Including Rental Property, Prenuptial Agreement, Property Damage (plaintiff), Security Deposit Assistance, Miscellaneous Wills And Estates, Advance Healthcare Directive, Last Will and Testament, Debt Collection / Identity Theft Defense, Sale Of Residence, Personal Injury, Insurance Claims (client's own carrier), Miscellaneous Injury / Insurance Matters, Small Claims Court/Personal Property Prot, Administrative Hearing / Incompetency Def, Civil Litigation Defense, Plaintiff Consumer. And when you call them they take the Case Number so that they can get Paid but at the end they say they can not help. I asked him about 2 issues listed on his expertise list 1. Small Claim. He said go to the court fill out a small Claim form like I don't know that . 2.Debt Collection which is also listed on his expertise list. Guess what he said he has to follow up with other clients when I was a potential client too meaning sorry cannot help with second issue either but he wanted to get paid. This is happening a lot with Hyatt Legal Lawyers they don't want to help several lawyers told me they don't want to help because they get paid penny on the dollar by Met life so I am not sure why I am paying Hyatt legal for past 28 years when I can not even get a demand letter typed and why Met life Accept lawyers who does not want to help members.
