Can't say enough about this company, their products and their people. From the sales staff to the guys who install to customer service calls and service technicians, everyone is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for 10 years and just had a system put into my current home and the installers were wonderful to work with. I have found the filter system does a fantastic job of producing great, fresh very clean water no matter how harsh the incoming water is. I have used the system where we were on well water and it was horrible, foul smelling and foul tasting. Nations Pure fixed that. I have had a system where the local water source was a lake and again foul smelling water. Nations Pure fixed that. Now I have an installation in a City that has some of the hardest water in Texas. (One can smell the chlorine trying to clean the water). Nations Pure has solved the problem. If you want great water and great customer service call Nations Pure.

Unlike any other customer who had left a review here - my, "Source Water," for my well is from the Braeburn Aquifer - a brackish (Salt Water) source. Owner at the time, Brad, assured me Nation's Pure could put in a RO System that would give me pure water as any True Reverse Osmosis System should be capable, and they did - for $25 Grand. I was a satisfied customer for seven years. Then my system began breaking down, and for two years, at $150 a pop, they would come out, and sometimes fix things , and other times not - 'Not so good more ofter than good... Finally, Brad tells me I need to replace the entire system - for $35,000 (nine years later - after two years of not being completely up front with me. That was 2015, & I have been hauling water from Walmart every since. I would consider going back again and starting all over, but I am afraid it will be $50,000.00 by now. I do not know of any other company capable of doing what Nation's is capable of doing. I just don't know if I can afford another system that might not last ten years... It has been 8 years since my last hot shower, & I am 71 years old. I am still considering what to do, & how to afford it... - bm

High quality outfit here. EXXCELLENT customer service. Our H2S smell was so bad we needed a second system/tank to handle it. No questions asked Nations Pure quickly installed it at no extra charge. They stand behind their word. Calls are always responded to immediately and with care and attention. The field work guys are excellent. Their work is professional, clean, and detailed. Highly recommend this company.

I bought a house which has a nations pure system installed. The system has issues with pressure, and when I called the company to schedule a visit, I agreed to pay the fee for the to show up. Then they called back and said I would have to up front before they showed up. I don't ow of any service industry that charges you before they show up, but clearly they don't trust me enough to pay them. I don't know this company well enough to trust that they'll show up. Bad way to do business and I'll find someone else to help me.
