If you want any type of in depth communications, decent mortality or really any type of customer service just know this place is thoroughly lacking. They're only getting one star because one person there was actually pretty decent and went out of his way for me on one occasion. When you hit the call button at the actual storage building good luck trying to get somebody to help you, I tried for about an hour and a half before I got somebody last week and the week before that never got anybody on the intercom system so thank goodness nothing of an emergency or crisis was happening at that moment. This used to be my favorite company to rent trucks from and to use storage but given everything that's happened over the past few weeks I already have five friends and all their parents that will never use this company again after what they did to me. And that number is slowly spreading to many more people through my church.
