Sam's Club Tire & Battery

A while back, I was having issues with my tire (purchased at Sams) for days. I called the tire shop and asked if I could swing by to have it looked at. That weekend my kids had many soccer games they needed to attend so I wanted to make sure my car is good to go. Normally customers need an appointment but I was able to get in and was out in about an hour. I had a great experience and everyone was friendly!

The service is fast and staff is professional and pleasant. For tires and batteries this is where my husband and I come.

Took them an hour and a half to change my rear tires. My appointment was at 3, I left at 4:37.. crazy.

This is directed to Sam's Tire and Battery and NOT the Club or Warehouse itself. Customer service has gone out the window with this location. In previous times, you could get decent service with this department, but now they won't even answer your phone calls or email. This was about four to five years ago. Whether you are busy or not, there's still project management and workflow to be taken care of. The front end of battery and tire is non-existent and when you can get a single phone call out of twenty times, they tell you they are too busy for you. Whether this problem is on the surface level or deeper in their department, I am not sure. What I do know is that the service and online ordering processing and delivery is not great. Whether that's management, outside vendors, or employees of battery and tire, there isn't a line of communication addressed to their customers, other than reaching out to HQ and online customer service with little to no answers. I wouldn't recommend Tire and Battery with this low level of reliance for your vehicle(s).
