C & M Discount Tires and Wheels

Me and my husband got our oil change and new tires for a good deal, and even got a warranty. WRONG!!!!! Today we just needed a simple patch, which was included in the warranty, and be on our way. The manager came out and tried to charge us full price for a new tire!!! We explained the deal and asked why it would not be covered under the warranty. I would expect someone in customer service and a manager at that would be able to explain calmly to us. Instead he blamed another employee for not explaining it to us. Even though he was the one that approved it! We told him why offer a warranty that you will not honor. He basically told us never to come back if we weren't smart enough or "calm enough" to understand how they work. We will never go to this location!!! The one on Walnut is way way better. Don't waste your time here. They seem nice and offer great deals but can't pull through at the end.

This place takes care of me Everytime and I highly recommend them. Yolanda was quick with the inspection today and they are open on Sundays which I love because you never know when you're going to have a problem with a tire. Definitely should check them out

Customer service is good but I got a used tires from them and a couple days later the tire went flat. I'm torn, I don't know if I want to use their service again or go to a different tire shop. Just watch the tires you get...
