      However, please allow me to set the record straight.Our closing office requires both the buyer and seller to sign a release of earnest money form before releasing earnest money to one party or the other on a contract termination. I am sorry you did not approve of our procedure.However, you may note that we obtained a release from the seller for your benefit in 1 day.I hope you found our service appropriate based upon this. Thank you again
