Baylor Scott & White Gynecology Specialists - Garland

My first impression of this office was great. I had a very nice visit for a well women's exam today. My appointment was at 9am. I was greeted with a smile and respect and the appointment was relaxed. I was encouraged to ask any questions and the exam went really well, with no wait. The staff and front desk was very kind and friendly. I did have to wait several months to actually get an appointment, but other than that, all went great.

This place is horrible poor patient care! I received a notice in the portal I had abnormal pap have been calling and leaving messages for two weeks now to schedule follow up appointment. Not only am I still waiting on a return call but no one even had the decency to call me to make sure I was informed. I was told my the assistant if I asked any questions during my doctors visit it would be an additional fee. All about money with poor patient care.

Wish I could give them zero stars! I have called their office for a Month, not One time did they ever answer the phone! Drove 45 minutes to their office to finally speak to them. The office was closed on a Friday and lights off. They had a patient outside the door after us who was scheduled for 11am that day which took her since Dec. to get in. She had no call or notice saying theyd be closed! She told us she took the day off work for this. I dont even know if this is a real Dr office as they are the most unprofessional office ever! Please save yourself, time, money, etc. and find a new Dr! This place, no words can describe!
