    I would like to commend the exceptional customer service and the remarkable responsiveness of the coordinators, making me inclined to give a 5-star rating. However, I feel compelled to share my overall experience with the delivery service, which unfortunately was not as positive. One of the significant challenges I encountered was the loss of a considerable number of items during the move. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the company has been unyielding in replacing the lost items. Their assertion that all boxes were delivered, coupled with a warehouse check that yielded no results for my missing belongings, has left me in a state of frustration. This situation has been particularly disheartening, given the trust I placed in the assurance that all items were included in the delivered boxes. Looking back, I now recognize the importance of meticulously counting every box on moving day and capturing images of items before packing as crucial evidence. Unfortunately, I overlooked these steps, assuming this unfortunate scenario would not happen to me, having never experienced missing items during a move before. Despite this setback, I must acknowledge the moving coordinator (Cassandra) and customer service for their exceptional performance. They have consistently demonstrated responsiveness and courtesy throughout the process. My sincere hope is that others will not encounter a similar ordeal, and I strongly advocate for the practice of diligently COUNTING EVERY BOX on moving day and documenting items for evidence. While I've seen a similar recommendation in a prior review, I want to emphasize its importance. It's disheartening and frustrating to realize that, despite personally witnessing the careful packing of my items into the boxes, they are now missing. Unfortunately, I lack concrete evidence to prove the absence of specific items like my kids graduation picture, documents, kitchen items,etc. It highlights the difficulty of relying on trust in expecting these items to be in the delivered boxes. Nevertheless, taking a positive perspective, this experience has taught me a valuable lesson that will inform my approach to future moves. I maintain my confidence that my lost items are somewhere out there, and I hold hope that, if found by someone, they will be returned to me one day. In summary, my experience has been a mix of exceptional service from coordinator and customer service but significant challenges with the delivery and packing service.
