    DO NOT USE THIS MOVING CO!!! Horrible experience. They were scheduled Gor 10am did not show up until 7pm. Did not finish until after 1pm. On top of the movers being late, they were tired, so my daughter and grandson had to help them move ??? Wow. I would have cancelled at 11am already but my daughter is too kind and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. She did complain to management the next day. They were very rude and gave her a $50 credit. I told my daughter to sue but again, she is too kind. Shame on this company to take advantage of a single woman trying to do the right thing. I will call the BBB as well. Service: In-state moving

    Terrific service... I'll be recommending Big D to anyone who needs a moving company. We were in the precarious position of moving homes right as the Covid quarantine protocols started. It was difficult to schedule many required services at the time due to all the uncertainty. Big D was willing to assist and we were beyond pleased with the movers. The team of three men showed up on time and were careful with our belongings, quick and extremely efficient. Friendly, yet focused on the work. They had my 1500 sq ft townhome loaded in just over an hour and unpacked at the new home in about the same time!  It truly pays to have your things packed and well-labeled and to find a team like Big D.

    I have used Big D twice now and both times it was a seamless experience! The guys who came were on time and professional through the entire process...definitely something you want in a moving company. I would highly recommend them!

    Worst company I've ever dealt with. Owner has 0 customer service skills and has threatened me multiple times now. Story:Had a Upack arriving so I was looking for some movers. Dwayne seemed accommodating at first but then flaked out calling me back when when i wanted someone sooner. Oh well, I waited until the original day we had scheduled..no problem. Day of, his movers were so freaking slow at unpacking...(sounds like the story of many moving companies charging hourly). They then took a break an hour in for 40+ minutes (Dwayne initially tried charging me for their break time as well). The moving guys looked like they hated life and would sometimes carry only a lampshade... I ended up helping unload to speed things up. I carried much more on single trips than any of the movers. Just so lazy in my opinion. Dwayne never showed up for the move...he just hires out other people. I asked him twice about paying him over text messages and finally got a reply that he was golfing in Florida and could not be bothered to figure this out right then. Such a bizarre company...i always have paid movers the day of right on the spot. Dwayne over a week and a half later sent me an email invoice. In all of the chaos of unpacking a long distance move, i overlooked the email. I then got a threatning text from Dwayne a couple of weeks later saying he was going to show up at my door if i didn't pay him. I was very apologetic and admitted I dropped the ball. I mailed a check out that day to the address on his invoice. Today I get another threatening text. "If I dont have my $$$ by Friday I will be at your door expecting cash not a check." I do not know if he already has his check or if his address is wrong on his invoice...or if the mail is slow because of labor day.... either way, you Don't talk to or treat customers this way.This guy is a joke of a businessman. What business threatens things like that. Stay far far away from using this horrible business. You will thank me later.
