        Had brunch with my son here. Black lady was our server. She was so nice and very good at her responsibilities. The food is delicious! We both had omelets and waffles. I was so full I could only eat half of the waffle. There was very many servers ready to go to work and they get you in and out quickly. I didn't even have to clean my own table before sitting down. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Orders will be made to your request. Parking: Might need to walk from the first spot you see open. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and entrance.

        I do not recommend going to this IHOP on Centerville in the evening time as their staff and their management is doesn't care and their GM called and his sincere we didn't even his apology didn't even sound sincere

        It's gonna be a never again for me. It's really interesting when a place isn't busy and the service is bad. I think this location is hanging on and really needs to be evaluated by a regional manager. The server was confused the entire time. We were his only table, so it really should have been a simple job. Some people work harder under pressure, so many he'll do better during a rush. I'll never know.
