Dr Solorzano is not good at all this is my third time going and I told I thought my son has Thrush she checked him for something totally different she didn't take anytime with him she upset him and didn't try to soothe him she shushed him she was talking over him crying telling me how to give his medication the front desk ladies are nice but that Solorzano lady no, she dose not care about the kids she puts and act on that lady doesn't need to be a pediatrician honestly I usually never make reviews but I will not be going back to this clinic. My son now is in worse condition. I'm very upset with this.

I used to love them but not after today. I had an appointment January 23, 2024. I took my two kids to get checked and when I left I wanted to reassure myself with a question, when I called someone in the front desk of the clinic answered and said I dont care & hung up. I called again and the same thing I said I dont care & hung up. I called a third time and this time she said Stop it I thought since it was almost closing time thats why she answered that way. Luckily I went back and asked Brenda M who was at the front desk, she said her manager Maricela or a name close to it. Of course no one knows and want to say it mightve been someone in the call center. Whoever it was I hope they hold you accountable.

Slow to be seen My appointment was at 2 Its now 3:15 and we having been sitting in the room for over an hour and still no doctor. When I arrived there were no other patients in the other room either. Delays

The staff is rude, unfriendly. She closed the door very strong. Everyone look unhappy, the patient is kids but look they hate when kid crying. Room was very dirty and mess. Im will be not back this hell.
