Got a partial quote (one car and house) from Larry Butcher who said he had some questions about adding my daughter's car...so I called back on 10/14 and today is 10/18, no response. This agency lost any chance to gain my business. My rule with potential business partners is simply: if they arent responsive when they havent even gotten my money yet, what do you think theyll be like once they have it?

This office is amazing. From all the staff, to our policy, and just all around awesome!!!! I haven't been this satisfied with an insurance company in a very long time. Thank you all!!!!

This guy is terrible at what he does. He had been repeatedly asked to remove a name off a policy and he failed to do so, then lied about it saying it was our fault for the lack of clarity. Now we have to periodically call back to make sure he finally removed the client from the policy. I don't trust Larry because he likes to play dumb and doesn't do honest business.
