        Allstate insurance is fine although expensive. This agency is totally unresponsive. I called months ago to add a renters policy and never received a return call. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. Called again about my car policy 2 business days so far and nothing. Needless to say Im shopping.

        Allstate is good insurance but my agent is totally useless. Totally unresponsive. I have sent a number of emails and I have left phone messages all with no response. I am currently seeking other insurance.
