        The staff's attitude is extremely rude and unpleasant. I just called for a simple quote, but she had to give me a lecture about business. What a horrible experience that made me feel like I had to beg her to insure me. By the way, her name is Melody. Her tone is so superior because she feels she is truly better than anyone else, even the clients who pay her to live. Goodbye AllState, thank you for having such a Narcissistic personnel.
